User requests are entered into our ticketing system and our support team responds timely to resolve all issues. This service can augment your existing support environment, and can replace inefficiencies as needed.
- We strive to anticipate and resolve issues that cause problems within your IT environment. Our IT experts assess your current environment and focus on inefficiencies, security and data weaknesses and eliminate any single points of failure.
- Sometimes issues cannot be resolved remotely and Chameleon provides a team of same day response professionals for critical issues and scheduled response programs for maintenance and planned system/software implementations.
